"All front desk staff that I encountered during my 6-night stay were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I had a bit of a problem getting my room cleaned. Their policy is to not clean every 3 days, if you are there that long. I told front desk on day 4 and on day 5 that no one had cleaned yet. They kept saying that it was because I had my Do Not Disturb sign up, which is probably true while I was in the room in the morning and did not want to be disturbed, but I did put it on "Welcome" when I left. Possibly they have an outside cleaning crew with limited hours. There is not much in the way of amenities here. Snacks for payment. Free coffee, tea, hot water, cold water available 24/7. No breakfast. No coffee maker in room. Room did have a mini-fridge and microwave. There were some newer features (floor, bathroom countertop), but there were definitely some things that need updating like hallway carpeting, pillows. Still, for the affordable price, it was a decent place and I would not hesitate to stay again. Other guests seemed to be blue-collar workers, but everyone was quiet and pleasant. I was never concerned about safety as a solo female traveler."

"All three Treadmills had issues operating with error codes. Stationary bike had broken straps. Water container in workout room empty. Workout room not 100% operational. Breakfast included in the stay was great! Staff was very helpful. Rooms are outdated. Bathrooms in the room not the cleanest."

"This hotel is in need of some upgrades. The bathroom was very dark with dim lights in the side of the mirror and no overhead lighting. The ceiling above the sink was water dammed with paint peeling off. The room was not as clean as the rooms usually are even though the bathroom was just mopped with a heavy bleach smell. The room was a handicap room with a living room, so it was nice and spacious. But again, the carpeting, curtains, light fixtures are in need of upgrades. Not sure I would return to this hotel or not."

"When I first when to check in there was no one at the desk and a few people waiting to check in. After waiting for about 10 minutes for the clerk to make an appearance, I decided to leave, go to get something to eat, then return. I returned in about an hour and there was someone at the desk. I was promptly checked in and given my room. The room was spacious, clean, and very nice. I stayed two nights. During the first night, there were some kids running up and down the hall as well as the stairwell. I called the front desk and they took care of it right away. There were no more disturbances. Not sure why the parents would allow their kids to run amok in a hotel in the late evening while people where trying to sleep, but the the hotel handled it. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, standard continental breakfast fare plus some boiled eggs. I liked the location. There was plenty of parking. It was very convenient to the highway, easy off and on. There are lots of places to shop, eat, and get gasoline. I would certainly stay there again!"

"The rooms and AC units beginning to show their age. AC units beginning to seperate from the wall. Wall paper starting to peal in the bathroom. Not enough power outlets on the little desk. The staff is great but the rooms need some upgrading."
