"My family and I all met in Canton for a few days and we all stayed at the Hyatt. The staff was very accomodating and put us all on the same floor. The rooms were very spacious, included a refrigerator, coffee maker, iron/iron board. For the most part everything was very clean and smelled clean. The bathroom floor looked clean, but I think the grout could use an extra deep clean. The housecleaning staff was quick and efficient when in the rooms. We all enjoyed the breakfast selections. The location was great! Easy to get around town and back to the property."

"My room was clean, and comfortable. The blackout curtains worked perfectly,(room stayed very dark all night 😃). The only issue I ran into was the shower; there was seemingly no way to activate the shower head and the bath tub was extremely flimsily. I weigh 150 lbs. and the bottom of the tub would collapse under my feet. Upon checking out, I informed the front desk of the issue. He immediately pulled out a replica of the tub faucet and showed me how it worked. Not being a frequent traveler this was not an intuitive process. I accepted my ignorance of this process and let it go. BTW, the water was nice and hot! All,in all, I would stay again."
