"Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were starting renovations so the hot tub was closed which was disappointing, but not a big problem. The food in the restaurant was very good. Minor complaint: never any sugar/sweetner or creamer with the in-room coffee even though I asked for it a couple of times. Convenient location. We’ll definitely stay there again."

"They have a beautiful lounge and dinning room, good food and super staff! The rooms are new and modern except for the room’s air conditioning units, very noisy and kick in and out all night making it difficult to sleep unless you are a very heavy sleeper. If you do not want to use the air conditioning you can turn the unit off, but the window to the outdoor side only opens about 6 inches and you can hear the airline traffic taking off and landing early in the morning because the hotel is very close to the Thunder Bay International Airport runways."
