"The person at the registration desk was very helpful and accommodated our request to be on the ground floor and have our own exit from the room. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room, but those things were available in the foyer. There is a lovely restaurant close by. We would have appreciated a tv guide so we would know which channels actually work."

"We stayed in the two-bedroom suite. Kitchenette, one bathroom. Had AC and Kurig, microwave, etc. only slight issue of a hum at night from something in a neighboring room that runs steady. Second br good, note no windows, but privacy. Good breakfast and nice staff, great downtown location. Good underground parking."

"I recently stayed at the Prince Arthur Waterfront Hotel & Suites and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The first thing that stands out is the location. Situated directly on Thunder Bay's waterfront, the hotel offers beautiful views of Lake Superior and the Sleeping Giant. Waking up each morning to that scenery was a real treat and made the stay feel special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Every interaction I had, whether at the front desk or with housekeeping, was pleasant and professional. It's clear that customer service is important here. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping provided fresh towels daily and kept everything spotless. After a long day of exploring the city, it was always nice to return to a clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was included with the stay and, while not extravagant, it was more than adequate and represented excellent value. There was enough variety to start the day off right without having to leave the property looking for food. Another advantage of this location is the number of nearby dining options. There are plenty of restaurants within easy reach, ranging from quick casual meals to excellent fine dining establishments. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a memorable dinner overlooking the waterfront, you'll find plenty of choices nearby. What impressed me most was the overall value.
