"They provide the laundry detergent and dryer sheet. A dollar each for the washer and dryer and it was dry within the time frame. Breakfast was very delicious and a huge variety. "The Hotel is beautiful, check in was wonderful and the front desk clerk was great. The room was very clean and amazing, but it was very dark entering the room we couldn’t figure out where the lights were. We would’ve also liked to have a trash can in the kitchen. "We had a wonderful stay here. Staff was great everywhere on the grounds. Food & service was good, a little on the higher price said. We did have the majority of our meals there as the drive to town isn't the closest. The slopes were well groomed. My son and I spent the entire day on them. The rooms were decent and clean. We are planning to return next year for more skiing fun. "

"This is our second stay at the Irish Cottage Inn, the first being during Covid. So we were delighted to see tea, scones, and cucumber sandwiches set out in the afternoon in the lobby when we arrived. Off the lobby is a lovely library room where one can enjoy some quiet time. There is also an small on-sight gift shop with Irish-themed items that was fun to check out. The staff was friendly and courteous. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay. Our previous room faced the back of the property and overlooked a small meadow and woods. This time, our room faced the front and was on the entry floor of the parking lot (we usually request an upper floor, but I don't recall that the Expedia reservation gave us the option to request something like that). In any case, we weren't as thrilled with the placement of the room, but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable (although the cushions on the chairs were extremely hard). The fitness room was average in terms of equipment, the pool was fine, but the hot tub looked a bit cloudy, so I didn't try it out. One of the bonuses of this property is that it includes a great restaurant--Frank O'Dowd's Pub which has live music during some evenings, and this is also where a really nice breakfast is served in the morning. The breakfast included hot offerings (with _real_ scrambled eggs, bacon, and cinnamon French toast the day we were there) as well as fresh fruit, nicely flavored and textured oatmeal, and fresh bread and scones."
