"Nice property near the center of the pier 39. Big and well-maintained building. Favorable check in (3PM) and checkout (12PM!!!) Very good and reach breakfast comparing to other hotels in the US There were huge lines during checking (3PM) and breakfast (9:00 - 9:30 AM)"

"Staff was superior and parking was only $50.00 a nite compared to 75.00 all over and 24 hr valet. 24 hr door dash where frt desk accepts for you. Parts of hotel NOT involving common area under construction but totally ok. Price was amazing"

"Not enough handicap parking - and parking lots stayed full forcing us to park quite a distance from our handicap access room. Room was also showing some wear, not bad but just below what I expect of a Hyatt."
