Olive & Oak is a beautiful new bed & breakfast located walking distance from many restaurants in downtown Napa. The daily breakfast was delicious. The host, Raphael, was very accommodating. If you’re looking for a cozy stay in a place that feels like home - you can’t go wrong. I’ll be back next time I’m in Napa!

TV is not working, the shower is not working, and the toilet was dirty when we arrived. There was no coffee, and the phones in the office are not working either. Please address these issues as soon as possible.

The rooms didn't have tissues, hooks for garments, enough hangers, work table, working outlets for charging, hand soap, liners for trash and sloping walls that one hits their head on. The coffee machine was to complicated to work. The breakfast was not good, lacking flavor and I asked for a well toasted muffin yet I didn't even get toasted marks on the muffin. It was suppose to be a quiche but in realty it was a frittata with no flavor. The yogurts were not labeled what they were? I wasn't offered any option if I declined the quiche?? Leftover danish from the previous day on the tray?? It is a beautiful setting but one and done for me. It has much more potential then what was offered. The other guest were a joy to talk to.
