"The house and location were perfect! The beach chairs, grill & hot tub were an added bonus. Such a quiet street and loved being at the culdesac. The elevator was wonderful! We could've used curtains in the living room for my elderly father with light sensitivity, but he wore his sunglasses indoors. The sunlight made it difficult for him to view the TV.Everyone in the family loved the house! Wish it was affordable to rent again in 2027, but the increase is more than we can swing."

"The property was conveniently located...just a few steps to the beach. We found it to be very clean and family friendly. We appreciated walking in and finding clean towels and sheets in addition to dish soap, a sponge and an extra garbage bag. It makes it easy to just settle in and feed the kids. I would definitely stay here again. We also recommend Coffee Joy just up the road a little. Such a cute, local place to grab a really good coffee."

"The place was great! There was plenty of room, beautiful views, and everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay even easier. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!"

"Fantastic property, perfect for our family vacation with our adult children. Easy beach access across the street, and a nice pool for the days when the beach was too hot. The kitchen is very well stocked with great cookware and appliances, with plenty of dishes and flatware for a crowd. Lots of beach chairs available as well! Two refrigerators and a pantry made food storage easy. The house has a great layout, with a lovely ocean view. Stacy is a fabulous host, and very responsive to every question we had. Would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was perfect. The absolute cutest vacation house, directly on the beach. My kids had a blast and I got to relax. If I had any questions, the host responded immediately. Could not recommend more strongly - I plan to stay here again next year!"

"The house and the stay was awesome! The owners make sure the house is well kept up with latest appliances and cleanliness. They also have everything you need … definitely a special touch with some nice extra beach towels, a bottle of wine and local popcorn bag. The owners want to make sure you come back. Bob is a great property manager and is very responsive - our grill gas tank went out and he responded within 15 minutes with a new tank. The beach location is great too, there are some places along the beach that doesn’t have much space between the water and the dunes, some areas are very shelly too. Perfect spot, perfect house."
