"My family has been vacationing at North Topsail Beach for about 15 years. Ocean Oasis is by far the most amazing place we have ever stayed!! From the time you enter this beautiful home and convenience of the elevator that goes to all 3 floors. This home is beautifully furnished and yet it immediately feels like home away from home for the week. The beds are already made which after a day of traveling is fantastic. The amazing decks and furniture and the absolute most favorite place for my family to hang out was in our own little private paradise right down by the dune. We could sit and watch the ocean. Enjoy lunch or dinner and just creat beautiful lasting memories!! Susan is great to work with although I didn’t have any flaws to report about this house or property. We plan to return!!"

"First of all - Julie is one of the nicest, most thoughtful hosts! From having doggie supplies available to leaving us a welcoming card on the counter - she was readily available without being over-bearing. Bonus - checkout process is simply taking out our stuff, food, and trash. It was great to just do the obvious instead of a long list of things like I've had at other properties.Now on to the property - the location is GREAT! Since it's north of Topsail proper, you don't get into beach traffic because you turn long before the crowding begins. There is traffic before the bridge, mostly because of the main 4-way and slow traffic light - but this is only a problem if you're arriving Sat around 2-3pm or leaving Sat morning around 10am. We didn't check-in/ out on a Sat so no problems for us! And - very few people on the beach because the public parking is over a mile south (west) of the house and there's no hotels, and the land only allows for housing on the beach side and maybe one house across the two-lane road, on the sound side. In Topsail proper there are homes extending several blocks away from the beach and multiple hotels - so lots of traffic and then crowds on the beach.And the house - all new, and the kitchen has excellent appliances and plenty of countertop space, open kitchen-living room design so my sons were able to play video games and watch movies while I got dinner together. The decking is nice and large - and we loved the porch swing! Highly recommend!"

"The communication was timely and friendly. House was clean and well equipped, we enjoyed the supplies provided to start off our stay. The pavilion area and picnic tables came in handy with little ones. The swing was fun and outdoor furniture were well used. "

"The house is incredible and served our family well. We had all ages from 6 months to adults and it worked well for everyone. Nicely appointed inside and out. The pool area was the favorite. Nicest house in North Topsail as far as we could see! Rebooked for next year."

"Great vacation all my family. The house had room for everyone, and the elevator worked perfectly. The property manager was very easy to get in contact with and responded quickly every time. We are considering going again. Only downside is the price. Pretty pricey."
