"The house was perfect for our family. It was clean and well stocked with anything we may have needed. Everything was very clean and exactly as listed. The host was very easy to communicate and quick to respond. We would definitely come back again to this beautiful house and beach!!!"

"We had a wonderful beach vacation! The house was clean and maintained with an excellent proximity to the beach and Surf City. The management was extremely responsive - I had responses to questions and requests usually within minutes. There were extra beach accessories that were very helpful and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, cookware - everything we needed to make meals at home, or go out when we didn't feel like cooking. The dryer and washer seemed brand new too. The mattresses need replacing and the linens are lower quality. The AC worked really well, which was a very good thing since it is hot and humid in the summer! Coffee on the deck in the morning was lovely. Overwhelmingly positive experience. Would recommend and would return. Thanks!"

"We loved our stay! The property was perfect for our family, we were practically on the beach with a beautiful view of the water. The extra bathroom downstairs helped with showering after the beach, and having two couches was nice so we didn’t have to put the pullout bed away each day! Our main focus when we’re on vacation is to be at the beach all day and spend family time together in the evenings and this house was the perfect place to do both!"

"Love the location. Beach access is just steps away. Being able to bring my fur babies is the best part.You do have an ocean view. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. The outside shower definitely came in handy everyday. Even though our stay was short we enjoyed our time with our fur babies at the beach. Would stay again"

"We loved staying at Rachel's property! The walk to the beach was quick and so convenient! The pictures are as accurate as the house itself. Everything was well maintained and very clean. I 100 percent recommend staying here for a relaxing, peaceful getaway, at in my opinion, one of the best places to vacation."
