"This was a nice stay while I was in Sneads Ferry. The location is very convenient to Topsail Beach/ North Topsail and Surf City. A five-minute drive to the oceanfront - and about 15 mins to downtown Surf City. The King room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was also very quiet - which I appreciated. 5+ for breakfast and waffles with all the fixin's."

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place. Been there a few times. This year we discovered those little sugar ants in the kitchen cooking area. The downstairs refrigerator was atrocious. There were no trash cans anywhere but the kitchen. Really like having linens provided. The outside shower was non-functional. Easily fixable items."
