"The view from my room was excellent, very comfortable beds, very clean. It's not a fancy hotel but very comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing. I love staying here. The front desk are very nice and informative. "

"Our family of 9, which included 3 children, enjoyed a relaxing week in this beautiful house located in N. Topsail Beach. The layout of the house was perfect for our family, and the view of the ocean was spectacular from both levels. The kitchen was well-designed, and the multiple dining areas suited our large group for meals and board games. The adults enjoyed fishing in the surf, and caught enough pompano, whiting, blues and spot to have a delicious fish fry. The hot tub located on the lower decking was so relaxing after spending the day on the beach, and several days we walked the short distance up the beach to take a dip in the free community swimming pool. The beach access was extremely convenient, and we were very appreciative of the beach chairs provided underneath the house. We also appreciated the quality sheets, towels and basic necessities provided for our use. I would just like to mention the floorplan drawing is not exactly correct. Bedroom 2 has trundle twins and bedroom 6 has a queen. There is a Graco Pack & Play with sheets in the closet of bedroom 5, which is nice if you are traveling with an infant. I would also like to give a shout-out to Debbie who had the house in pristine condition when we arrived. "

"The aptly named”Serene Shores” was all that we could have asked for- what a beautiful home ! With ten family members there was plenty of space to gather for dinner and if needed, escape for a little private time.The oceanview and the beach itself was the best of any home we’ve stayed it! It had plenty of spaces to gather on the any of the three levels of decking.The house was very clean and well appointed! Beds were comfortable -owner was very responsive!.We will plan on staying there in the future!"

"This is a great property to host a large group and/or family. The bottom floor is setup for mixed entertainment and access to the beach. The next two floors offer 4 rooms per floor and an opportune space to sneak away for some idle when needed. Finally, the top floor was an amazing open space that can easily host 14 people with a spacious bar, large kitchen, and large large couch that has spaces for everyone. All of this is connected by an elevator to leisurely move you across the 4 floor home. Would go back in a heartbeat. Not one bad thing to say."

"Absolutely beautiful! The house is perfectly cleaned, decorated, and designed. Our group of 14 stayed for a staff retreat and we enjoyed every aspect of the house. Plenty of private space and large gathering space. It is definitely a private oasis and you don’t need to leave the house, but if you do, local shopping is close by and Surf City is a short drive away."
