"Great Stay!! Location was on point! House was as described and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and house was well stocked with high end basics and great selection of beach chairs and toys. Grill was brand new and plenty of nice cooking utensils. Great house layout for family stays. That kitchen island was huge and our gathering place all day--when we were not on the beach, which was just steps away! Added bonus was plenty of parking which is not always prevalent. Would definitely stay here again."

"The house was wonderful. Great views. Clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and appliances. Beach chairs and boogie boards also provided. The starter pack of paper towels, soap and tp was great. Gift card for candy was a nice surprise. The only drawbacks were we had to clean the grill and clean food debris out of bottom of dishwasher. Prior to arrival saturday was notified that hot tub was not working but they would fix it when they received the parts. Was fixed Tuesday but unfortunately quit working after 1 day. Manager was very prompt with replying and coming to check it. Overall it was a great family vacation house and would definitely recommend it and rent it again."

"This condo was perfect for my family of three. We wanted something with a private beach access and this was perfect. My daughter loved the outside shower which helped because the condo only has one bathroom and it was pretty small. BUT the shower in the bathroom was great! This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a couple with two young kids on the other side and we didn't hear anything through the walls! This condo was a great value for the money! Enjoyed our stay!"

"The ocean view was outstanding from the living area. The 4 high-top Adirondack chairs on our outdoor deck (approximately 6X14) were amongst everyone's favorite seats (no pictures on the VRBO website). The pool measuring approximately 15X30 was very clean and a pleasant surprise (again no pictures on the VRBO website). What was a total surprise was that we would be sharing the amenities with 2 other large visiting parties. At no location on the listing is it clear that we were not renting a house but a townhouse. It was referred to as a home. We were renting a third of the structure. Also, by the time all of the fees and additional costs for the rental were added on (less the optional pet fee) our price was 60% higher than the advertised daily rental fee. Shocking. A question that was asked in advance but could not be answered was what kind of coffee machine was in the rental. As it turned out, the location was equipped with a dual traditional drip/Keurig pods coffee machine. We brought both options but used the Keurig exclusively. Overall, we had a good time despite the lack of privacy primarily because our neighbors on both sides were very respectful."
