"We had a fantastic stay at the Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, making us feel comfortable and at home right away. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, everyone we spoke to was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. They gave us great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, which made exploring Salem even better. It’s also the perfect spot for families. The location is very walkable to many of Salem’s most popular attractions, so it was easy to get around without worrying about parking. We truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay here and I absolutely loved the beautiful lobby area. What could have been a major problem for us turned out fine. When we got there, there had been a mistake made by the front desk and they had mixed up our reservation with someone else’s and given our room to them! The young man working the front desk (he didn’t make the mistake) did everything he needed to do to make sure we had a room just like we had reserved. I appreciated that he made every effort to fix the mistake that was made! I would highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in this area. They also have a laundry facility, which came in handy for us after traveling for over a week. "
