"One of the best trips we ever had! "

"My family of four, including my two boys ages 4 and 7, had an amazing time at Margaritaville. We had access to the most beautiful ocean with gentle waves that were fun but still felt completely safe for swimming with my boys. They had a blast crashing into the soft waves. The pool was another highlight. It is a great size and never gets too deep, which made it absolutely perfect for our family. The staff was incredibly sweet. We always felt well cared for and welcomed. At no point did we feel like we were bothering anyone. The food was mostly good with lots of options to choose from. I will say that when ordering, it helps to be specific about how you like something prepared. One day the tacos were amazing and the next day they were a little soggy. Another standout was how clean everything was all the time. Our room was beautiful, and I always felt safe. There is also so much to do nearby, which made the trip even more special. We would definitely come back and will be reminiscing and missing this beautiful place in amazing Costa Rica."

"The housekeeper Ana was the exceptional part of my stay. She went above and beyond as a housekeeper. I’ve traveled the world and stayed in 100’s of hotels and resorts. I’ve never had such great service out of one single person. If she isn’t the boss, she should be. In real life outside of vacation I run a crew of 100’s of people. Give that woman an crew and have her train them on EXACTLY what to do! She’s the one! I recognize leaders in their field when I see them. She’s the leader! We had a great stay at the resort, thank you to all who work there"

"room was exceptionally clean. We received a grab and go back as we had to leave at 5:00am. there was a shuttle to the airport which was also makes it easier for the traveller."
