"We rented this property for the long Memorial Day weekend for our young adult children, their significant others, and our parents (9 of us in total). We hadn’t been to Newry previously and found that there was plenty to do locally for a 4 day stay. The weather was rainy for the first two days and there was plenty to do in the house itself for us to still enjoy our time. The game room, jacuzzi, and bar area created a lot of fun family time. The house was spacious enough that all could have their own space. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware. The house was outfitted with awesome speakers, and the furniture, pillows and heavy blankets were incredibly comfortable. Lots of nature and cool breweries locally. Overall, fantastic stay!"

"The room was very nice, well lit, very roomy, and the bed comfortable. Nice. We loved the location and view. Good health food store next door. And, a gas station across the street. For me a shorter person, the bottom step of the stairway was higher than normal and when wet was slippery. So be careful when stepping down."

"Our recent stay at this home was fantastic and exceeded all expectations! The house is perfect and offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable.The amenities truly set this rental apart. The steam shower was an incredible luxury, and the sauna was a wonderful added touch for unwinding. The downstairs space is a game-changer and really makes the house – with a pool table, poker table, and "skeech" game, there was never a dull moment.The deck was also a great spot to hang out and enjoy the surroundings. Beyond the amazing property, the hosts were super easy to communicate with and incredibly responsive, which made the whole rental process seamless and stress-free.We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and well-equipped getaway!"

"The house is exactly as pictured. It's clean, airy, great view of the slopes from the huge windows in the living room! Kitchen has the core things you need. Kids really enjoyed the basement couch area. Host was super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!!"

"Great location for skiing at Sunday River"

"This place was great for our group of 4 young ski families. There was enough space for everyone to hang out comfortably and the in-law unit above the garage offered a quieter space to escape for a bit. The drive to Sunday River was an easy 10min, and the 3 car garage allowed all of us to park (and recharge) our cars easily. The driveway was in great condition and had been plowed thoroughly, so no one had trouble getting in or out. Happy we stayed here and would definitely return in the future for a large group trip!"

With multiple children in tow, we were thrilled to find the house spacious, beautifully furnished, and perfectly accommodating for our family. From the luxurious bedding to the high-end fixtures and appliances, every detail felt thoughtfully designed.The kids especially loved the hot tub after long days of skiing, and the adults appreciated the cozy atmosphere and breathtaking mountain views. The location was ideal—very close 3 minutes away to Sunday River slopes for convenience yet private enough to enjoy a true getaway.
