"Great nights sleep"

"I stayed in the "tree top"building at the right rear of the property. It is well maintained, very clean, and has lots of hot water with good pressure for the shower. Comfortable queen bed. Plenty of blankets, towels, tissue paper, coffee maker, etc. I do have two minor complaints: Room #6 had an additional bunk bed with a angled 2"X6" leg that stuck out quite a ways. As such it is a "toe stubber," that got my right foot twice. Ow! :( The re-fridge had not been defrosted in quite a while, so the freezer compartment was completely filled with frost. I was unable to use it to refreeze my cooler packs. Otherwise, it was an thrifty, excellent stay, and I highly recommend it. "

"My friends and I had an awesome annual labor day weekend get together at Quinn’s place! The pool, hottub and attic game room were all a big hit, as well as the firepit (no firewood on location so had to pick some up). Place was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials for cooking. Plenty of room and beds for all. Thank you for hosting us!"

Unforgettable hiking paths that start from the territory of the hotel and a relaxing heated pool. We we're amazed by the evening mocktails provided by the hotel. "This is a beautiful location. The view of Sunday River was beautiful even in the summer. The area is quiet. We had our wedding party stay there as the wedding was in town Bethel, only a short distance away. Everyone was comfortable and with the large yard and house, it was perfect. The house itself was clean and beautiful. "
