"Every year we seek accommodations for a family vacation with 4-5 adult couples (some with young children) and several young single adults. We look for places with 4-5 adult bedrooms (king or queen beds), sleeping accommodations for the singles, multiple full bathrooms, large kitchen and dining areas, and plenty of indoor and outdoor activities. This accommodation was the best we have found. The dining table seats 14 comfortably, so we could dine as a complete group. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cutlery and cookware so we didn't have to constantly do the dishes. Everything in the indoor activity area was in excellent order ... no missing or damages pool cues or foosballs. Nice clean poker table. Outdoors, the deck area, barbeque, swimming pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Plenty to do in and around Bethel, ME ... some of the best fishing, hiking and kayaking for family fun. We highly recommend."

"We rented this property for the long Memorial Day weekend for our young adult children, their significant others, and our parents (9 of us in total). We hadn’t been to Newry previously and found that there was plenty to do locally for a 4 day stay. The weather was rainy for the first two days and there was plenty to do in the house itself for us to still enjoy our time. The game room, jacuzzi, and bar area created a lot of fun family time. The house was spacious enough that all could have their own space. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware. The house was outfitted with awesome speakers, and the furniture, pillows and heavy blankets were incredibly comfortable. Lots of nature and cool breweries locally. Overall, fantastic stay!"

"The room was very nice, well lit, very roomy, and the bed comfortable. Nice. We loved the location and view. Good health food store next door. And, a gas station across the street. For me a shorter person, the bottom step of the stairway was higher than normal and when wet was slippery. So be careful when stepping down."

"Our recent stay at this home was fantastic and exceeded all expectations! The house is perfect and offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable.The amenities truly set this rental apart. The steam shower was an incredible luxury, and the sauna was a wonderful added touch for unwinding. The downstairs space is a game-changer and really makes the house – with a pool table, poker table, and "skeech" game, there was never a dull moment.The deck was also a great spot to hang out and enjoy the surroundings. Beyond the amazing property, the hosts were super easy to communicate with and incredibly responsive, which made the whole rental process seamless and stress-free.We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and well-equipped getaway!"

"House has beautiful views , plenty of beds and everything you need from glasses to pots, pans, etc. all the little touches like digital lights, fans and fireplace make it a great property. At dusk a fifteen minute tide up 17 almost guarantees moose sightings. Kids had a blast in the game room. Master bedroom with couch , loveseat and tv is the perfect parent escape at night . Would highly recommend this property "
