"Due to a delay in my flight I did not arrive to the hotel until 1:30 am. The young man at the counter was amazing and friendly. He saw that I had mobility issues and was a female traveling alone so he not only ensured I got a first floor room but upgraded me to a king room close to the office for safety. I was very surprised and appreciative of what this young man did. He ensured I was both safe and comfortable. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I travel!!!"
