There was no communication about this until the day of check in when I asked for the code. Found a workaround by going to their other business and paying in person but very frustrating when booking on WOTIF to not be paying via the platform and this not being communicated at the time of booking. I would not have booked this property if I was aware that the payment was not going through the platform that has my details securely stored. * no tea towels provided. As there is no dishwasher it was frustrating not to have at least one tea towel provided *the outside areas are dirty - rubbish out the back and dirty socks left in the garage "

"we never stayed, as the staff called about changing our room and when i asked for information she was very rude and then hanged up on me. never been corrected. "

"I was actually at Executive apartments, Lux does not have 1 bedroom apartments! Roadworks and demolitions at the site made it uncomfortable, roadworks were finishing around 3am so sleep was very disrupted. Good thing was over the road from the Jeso hotel, great meals only a short walk away"

"Was ok just for an overnight stay. Host didn’t reply to any messages so we found it difficult to communicate, had to call the actual stayz helpline to get in touch. "

"Unfortunately the place we were given did not match the photo for the property and cleanliness eas less than standard. There was NO DISHWASHER, no hand towel or bath mat for the ensuite, no globes in the bedside lamps (nor the other lamps found in the cupboard) there was no handle on the shower door in the ensuite and being an outward opening screen made it hard to open. The 2 air conditioners were inadequate for the rooms they needed to cool. The yard was littered with cigarette butts and the clothesline unusable with strings hanging off the frame and a loose tile on entry to the house was a trip hazzard. The exhaust fan in the kitchen was filthy and NO DISHWASHER! On phoning the Host several times we did get globes for the lamps and a bathmat & hand towel (but they had stains on them) and on the last afternoon of our stay when we were out, someone did repair the clothesline and fix the tile at the entrance - but did not repair the shower screen door handle.A thoroughly disappointing stay."
