"Shabby is the best word to describe the furnishings. Chairs are tattered with material chipping off onto my clothing. More like the furnishing you would find in a flop-house. The door in the bathroom has been rotted for quite a while and is black with "mold". The tub enclosure was not fitted properly and is disconcerting to stand in because it breaks and crackles if you move. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Excellent place to stay if you have a very early next morning flight. We especially like the restaurant & bar area where we can pass the evening before beginning travel the next day. "

"My room was comfortable and spacious. I appreciate the kitchenette area. The front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. My bathroom sink wasn't draining, so I called the desk, and someone came up within about 5 minutes to fix it. I had a bit of a problem falling asleep because the a/c unit had a continuous clicking sort of sound when it was off the cycle. It was very distracting. I was disappointed in the breakfast selections. Breakfast is advertised as being from 6-9am, but when I went down between 8:30 and 8:45, the yogurts and muffins were gone, and there were only 2 bagels left- the one I chose was a bit stale, so I didn't eat it. It would be great if someone could restock a few things, even when the breakfast is winding down. Also, there is a fairly small set of options for breakfast, compared to other hotels I've stayed at: there are 2 waffle makers, a pot of oatmeal, bread and bagels, apples, yogurts (when in stock), and boiled eggs. I would love a cereal dispenser and some milk, and maybe a pan of scrambled eggs, too. So my stay was comfortable, the workers were great, and my room was just fine, but the breakfast could be improved. "

"Staff was very courteous. Room walls are extremely thin and was able to hear TVs from next room and voices clearly from hall. Rooms overlooking Main Street were unfortunately subject to multiple fire truck sirens throughout the night very clearly heard. Location is great for downtown however. "
