She went the extra mile even though we'd booked through and outside portal, and that's not always the case. I was unfamiliar with Prado, but we'll seek them out again. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and well-priced. "

The suite was spacious, clean, and no odors. The kitchen was well well updated and stocked. The most important amenity was the comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's sleep. I was very impressed with the property, it's amenities, and the courteous staff."

"This place is old, run down, and DIRTY. The room was filthy!!! The carpet is disgusting, the walls are dirty, and there is mold in the gross bathroom. It needs to just be completely torn down or entirely renovated. One of the worst hotels I've ever stepped foot in. Female solo travellers also please beware of unwanted attention from male hangers on."
