"Person at reception desk Kiana rude. Arrived at 12:45pm. Told no check in until 2pm. Not pleasant. She could have said I’m fortunate we don’t have any rooms available for early check-in at this point but she did not. She just was not pleasant enough so that it makes us think about not staying at this hotel the next time we visit Vicksburg. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past, this is usually our go to hotel here."

There were a few minor imperfections where a few walls were patched, but left in a different wall color which stood out. Walls could use a little more wall art to make room warming and inviting. Buffet was pretty good, probably better than most. I would definitely consider staying here again."
