"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing. The rooms are very small, cramped, and had an unpleasant odor throughout our entire stay. We stayed for 5 nights, and not once was our room cleaned. Our towels were never replaced either. When I sent my son to get fresh towels, the front desk handed him new towels and told him to bring the dirty ones back himself. I’m sorry, but who doesn’t replace towels during a 5-night stay, and then expects the guest to do the housekeeping staff’s job? I even approached a cleaning staff member and asked for fresh towels. She said she didn’t speak English, so I motioned that we needed towels. She nodded as if she understood, but we never received any. Basic housekeeping and towel service should be standard at any hotel. Between the small, smelly rooms and the complete lack of cleaning service, this was not the experience we expected. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others."

"Property clean and well maintained, Staff friendly, courteous and professional. Beds were NOT comfortable; mattresses need to be replaced. I certainly didn't expect the quality of the mattresses to be exceptional. I also didn't anticipate the poor quality. Our room smelled stuffy, easy fix, turn on the air conditioner. The mattresses however, left something to be desired."

"The hotel is very nice but there were a few issues during my stay. The AC was not working well the first night. Maintenance resolved that on day two. Housekeeping was hit or miss, with little attention to detail. Towels were refreshed daily, but the trash was missed one day and water bottles were not refreshed until my last evening. My bed was not made up. The room has a stale cigarette smoke smell. The staff is either overworked or undertrained."
