"We booked this house as we were in town to see our son. The house was super close to everything we wanted to do. I will say, try the Derailed restaurant/bar at the Nickel Plate Hotel..fabulous drinks, appetizers and breakfast! There is a super cute tea shoppe/boutique called "Teas & Twigs" located on the corner of Lantern rd..super cute stuff and easy walk from the house."

"I stayed for a week in this home with a friend and my pets during a move to Fishers. I needed a place for myself and my pets while my household goods got delivered and my new home set up. The owners were very kind and had extra special touches waiting for me, like dog treats and bowls. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was really nice to walk my dogs in. Also, the backyard is fenced in, which made it easy for me to let my dogs out to go potty. There are many great restaurants and things to do right around the corner from this house. It has a secluded neighborhood feel but is very close to many amenities. I highly recommend this rental home!"

"We traveled to Indiana for Mother’s Day (92 yrs old). Pulled my mother out of independent living to spend some quality time with her. The property was perfect for her and us. Great location, quiet neighborhood, back yard, nice walks, comfortable, nice kitchen to prepare foods and really comfortable beds. Highly recommend this property. "

"The communication from the property was engaging, but the links that were sent seemed to overlap and I kept getting errors saying the website wasn't available when i attempted to access them. We arrived at the property with the address, and an access code... thinking that is all we needed. We quickly found out that we weren't given an apt #... it was included in a link that didn't work. We had to stand inside the security doors for about 15 min, emailing the people... and trying to call multiple times where no one answered. When we got in a shelf in the fridge was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken, the TV wouldn't turn on. A random man walked into the apartment w/o knocking to put the parking pass in our unit. Scared the $hit out of us. The unit itself feels unfinished, there are minimal decorations, the entertainment center still had the assembly stickers on it, there was a patio with no chairs or any furniture to utilize that space, no towels were in the bathroom, there are random wires hanging out of the coffee table and our car was towed even with the parking pass hanging on the rearvirw mirror. The property manager wouldnt answer the # that was listed and only respinded with sarcasm and absolutely no help or even an apology. This was a waste of money and the worst experience ive ever had traveling. We wont be back."
