"Hotel was very busy the first night, but not quite as crowded the second night. Only complaint is that they need more/faster elevators. Parking was ample, well lit, and spacious spots. Entire presentation was modern, clean, and welcoming. Staff was very personable! Breakfast was sufficient with good selection. Rooms were surprisingly large and comfortable. Not a bad area - would definitely stay here again!"

"Computers were down, no key cards available and long lines to check in. We waited a hour. The poor lady working was doing her best….she needed support and staff to help her. I booked 2 king rooms, I was given queens. Check in was late and checkout time for previous people was 12….how are the rooms not cleaned and ready? You need more help for the poor lady at check in. People were not kind to her, and it wasn’t her fault. My party was kind and thankful, but unfortunately most were not."
