"This house was great for our weekend in Raleigh with some friends. It was very conveniently located to downtown. Alison was very accommodating and quick to communicate. It was also super clean when we got there and the outdoor area was awesome!One note - Alison calls this out in the listing but I feel like it needs to be reiterated that this is a four bedroom property but one of the bedrooms is its own apartment with a separate entrance. There is no connection between the two spaces inside the house. This worked great for our group but I want to make sure others are aware. Definitely would stay here again!"

"The property is clean and tidy! Amazing outdoor space. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly by the owners. The outdoor space is shared and was a concern at first, but was not an issue what-so-ever. The yard was good for the kids to run around and play. The hot tub was cleaned by a professional company while we were there (nice perk to know it is cared for)."
