"The staff at the front desk, amazing! Love the conversation. However, I feel with the location being right off the highway, the turnover is high, which means the upkeep of the property is suffering. The rooms were not clean (had to be moved into a different room). There were beer bottles and water bottles in the hallways and stairwells (stayed there for 4 days, it was never cleaned). The clean towels were severely stained, and so were the “clean sheets”. For the cleaning crew, maybe more detailed training would greatly improve the experience of the guest. "

"Room i reserved was under maintenance, so i got put in a room i think was pet friendly because it smelled like piss. Thought it was because the toilet wasnt flushed but no it just smelled like piss. I would of made it an issue but it was the only room available short term around town. It did suck that they don't have a morning garbage service. You have to take it out to the dumpster next to the building. Other than that staff is nice."

"I rented this house for my family's stay in Raleigh for my daughter's college graduation. Everything went smoothly. Check in was great and the Host was responsive. We prepared lots of food in the kitchen to take to a graduation party for my daughter. The kitchen was big enough to have 3 preparing trays at the same time. My only sugggestion would be the need for a cutting board. I will rent again if I ever find myself in Raleigh."

"The room was very nice and large. The hotel is under major renovation and I think they should have disclosed that before I made the reservation. That being said, I had to check out early and they were very helpful working with Expedia to make that easy."

"I arrived late. The room rate was pretty high. It was graduation weekend. So I guess they were looking to cash in. The room was adequate. Bed was comfortable. Shower was walk in. Brandi at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was kinda thin on selection."
