"Overall, I had a great experience! I didn’t rent a car, so the location was very convenient for getting around the Raleigh area by Uber.The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. I asked if he happened to have a softer pillow available, and if not, no worries at all, I just wanted to ask. To my surprise, he had three softer pillows delivered that same day! I was not expecting that at all, and I truly appreciated such a thoughtful gesture.The unit was very peaceful, comfortable, and homey, which I loved. It was just the right amount of space for me, and I genuinely felt at peace during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!There were also several thoughtful touches that stood out. Coffee was available, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there was even a waffle maker with waffle mix! I also appreciated that there was a real selection of seasonings available, which is surprisingly rare in rentals.One thing to keep in mind: if you like to sleep in or prefer a darker room in the morning, I recommend bringing an eye mask. Even with the window shades down, the room gets pretty bright once the sun comes up.Overall, this was a comfortable, peaceful stay with a very thoughtful and accommodating host. I’d happily stay here again!"

"My daughter and I do GalaxyCon every year in Raleigh. This year we rented this place and it was a very good experience. The location was only 7 minutes from the Convention center. The house was impeccably clean and very beautiful. A LOT of stairs, so please don't rent this if you have trouble up and down stairs. Unfortunately, it rained the entire time we were there, so we didn't get to experience the roof seating, but it looked nice. There was some noise from neighbors but not horrific. Pretty quiet overall. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked, which I appreciated the most. The communication was excellent! Kathyrn responded promptly to everything. Her detail on where to park and GPS was excellent as well. I appreciated that. Overall, my daughter and I loved staying here!"

"This property is one of the best I have ever stayed at through either vacation rental company. The hosts don’t scrimp and give you necessities, yet also provide luxury items so it truly feels like a 4-star hotel. No rationing. The decor is so interesting. You feel pampered. The location is great. The hosts quickly communicated on a few questions I had and were lovely. Definitely would stay here again."
