There was a giant roach in our bed when we woke up! Staff was incredibly kind. But there was a thumb sized roach on me when I woke up.

Every single person that works here is super friendly. The manager is a real nice guy and the house keepers work hard to keep the rooms clwan. I literally saw one of the ladies climb on top of the counter to clean above the cabinets, wow!

Upon arrival we could not enter the hotel because the door was locked with no one at the front desk. After finally getting in to our room, there was a gaping hole in the ceiling. I called the front desk and they told me they were already aware of it but still booked that room for us. We also found multiple bugs in the bed, bathroom, and counter-space.

Overbooked hotel

Did not receive the room I booked. Got upgraded to 1 double bed suite when I reserved two doube beds. Key did not work when tried to enter the room. Hotel overbooked. Room was clean.

Horrible hotel

I never checked in. The front desk clerk was extremely rude and gave awful customer service. The hotel was super nasty and homeless people were everywhere. Did not feel safe staying there so I never checked in. Choose to stay at La Quinta Inn much nicer and cleaner.

Upon arrival check in was probably the only thing good out of this whole stay. Got into the hotel/ motel was filthy in hallways, floors etc. Getting into the room One bed was covered in long and short pieces of hair, I completely stripped bed and got clean sheets from downstairs. Bathroom floor seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and the kitchen floor either. Had to make a quick run to dollar tree to get items to clean room. I would have rather stayed in my car for the days that we were there on business. 2/10
