"Great stay at Pleasant Bay and would highly recommend it. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The grounds are really nice with a koi pond, gardens and lots of seating areas. Pool and hot tub area also really nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

"Second time staying at the Hyannis Inn. Quiet property, with standard rooms with the pluses being large rooms, great AC and the location. Walking distance to Main Street of Hyannis and an easy drive elsewhere. Pool and hot tub can get crowded, but it’s still nice to have available. All staff especially at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Will be coming back again our next time in Hyannis. "

When our room wasn’t ready by 4pm, they didn’t hesitate to provide us with an alternative, upgraded room. The shuttle to Provincetown center was convenient and a great alternative to the expense of parking in town. We didn’t take advantage of the pool area or fire pits, but wish we had the time to. Fantastic amenities overall!! "
