"For the amount of money that we paid to stay here, I would have liked to have clean towels at least every couple of days and clean room. We were charged extra to rent an umbrella and chairs (2) to sit on the beach and if we wanted clean towels we had to pay extra per person to receive them. The room was never cleaned. We were expected to clean our own room, and told this was a residence NOT a hotel. We were, however, charged to clean the room AFTER we left. WIFI was only available in the lobby...
