"The best place to stay away from all things 'touristy'. The 2 Queen 1 Bedroom Suite was perfect for our family of 5 for one week. There was enough space for everyone. Breakfast was good with the daily omelette station and other hot and cold offerings; however, it can get busy. Evening reception was perfect at the end of the day and it, too, can get busy. Paid parking is perfectly located on the property with easy in/out access. Shout out to all the staff with their entertainment recommendations and hospitality."

"I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic."

"Right from the start, communication with Julie was super easy and quick.When we arrived (which was 5am our home time), we got a little mixed up (100% our fault and nothing to do with our host or rental), Jen who was looking out for us in Hawaii was on top of everything. She solved MY mix up immediately (thank you Jen ).The rental was absolutely beautiful. The beds were SO COMFY (and I'm picky). The entire unit was tastefully decorated, with all the comforts of home. The air conditioning was a major plus for our senior travelling companions. We truly hated to leave.Ko'Olina is far enough away, yet close enough to the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. The staff is clearly well-trained in managing large crowds, and for those seeking a high-energy vacation club environment, this may be a dream. The Service Experience However, my experience was deeply disappointing. We booked this stay to break up a long journey from Thailand and New Zealand and to mark our 40th wedding anniversary. After a grueling red-eye flight, we were looking for the resort experience one expects at this price point. Instead, we felt "trapped" in a perpetual sales pitch. When we sought technical assistance with the resort’s app at the welcome desk, we weren't given a solution; instead, we were met with a misleading high-pressure invitation to a timeshare presentation. I would never have booked this location had it been clearly disclosed that the priority here is timeshare sales rather than guest relaxation. Dining & Health Issues The logistical hurdles with the app meant we missed out on reservations for the main restaurant. We turned to the pool grill, where I ordered a BBQ sandwich that arrived dry and burnt. Regrettably, I ate it anyway—an error that cost me the next two days of my trip due to illness. Final Verdict While the property is physically beautiful, the "hotel food" warnings I received were an understatement, and the aggressive sales culture ruined it."
