"The property is in a suburban street - 10-15min walk from the centre BUT it is worth it. The amenities and quality of the property is some of the best you can expect. They have thought of everything. Would definately stay again "
"Very nice and clean hotel! Reception was closed but I got very detailed instructions before arrival on how to retreive my key and find the room. I was also gifted sweets and wine. I loved that the fridge was bigger than usual hotel fridges/minibar. I also got the breakfast, which was served at a nearby café, and I got my breakfast served at the table. Very cozy place and everything was tasty! Highly recommend this hotel!"
"This was a truly outstanding place to stay in Heraklion. The location was perfect, the staff are amazing and the rooms are upscale. Everything was perfect, would definitely stay here again and recommend this place, 10/10! "
"I would very much recommend this hotel. If you don't mind the 20min walk to the centre of town and the slightly challenging parking it is faultless. Comfortable, quiet and great facilities. The staff were efficient, attentive and friendly. Special mention to the breakfast - staff and food excellent. "

"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff… great breakfasts and nice dinning options in the roof to wine bar/restaurant….walkable from port if you come by ferry."

"Fantastic staff that go above and beyond to provide a memorable stay for their guests.
The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with amazing sea views from the balcony.
The main road below isn’t ideal but, also not a deal breaker. Street noise is manageable and location right outside the old Venetian city walls is perfect for beaches/dining/shopping.
The rooftop pool is one of the best I’ve seen, stunning views and sun coverage.
Breakfast was well varied every morning and always tasty and fresh."
"Very clean room and property overall. Staff were amazingly friendly, allowed us to store our luggage after check out as we explored the city. Would book again. "
"Nice hotel in a fun great location. Water pressure and temp were amazing. Comfy bed, much better than the Airbnbs we have been staying at. Staff were super nice and helpful and we appreciated being able to leave our bags at the front after check out so we could explore. Thank you! "
