We have been waited at the front desk for more than 20mins & requested the hotel to call hotel.com to vertify. After few people ( I think including the manager ) checked few times & eventually found out. We got a very bad perception to both the hotel & hotel.com. We don't know which part have problems. And those people at the front desk cannot speak English well & we cannot...
