チェックイン時間の事前通知に注意必要

チェックイン時間を通知していないという理由(そもそもそのような設定がアプリ上はなかった)にて、清掃待ちをしたことを除けば、清潔であり全体的に相当に好印象だった。チェックイン時間の事前通知が実際のチェックイン可否に関するレベルならば、設定していない人に対してメールや電話で知らせてくれるか、あるいはアプリ上でチェックインできない可能性がある周知など、他にやりようがあるかと思われた。受付窓口にて、遠回しにこちらに非がある言い方が気になった。
