"Very disappointed. Was told to check out there was going to be a continental breakfast from 6 to 9 AM. At 8:30 AM going out I found five package danishes in plastic wrap, some small orange juice, carton, containers and coffee from a pump. That’s it. No fruit. Not even oatmeal that you make with hot water. The room itself was OK. I think we were given an ADA room so the layout was odd in the bathroom strikingly sparse with nowhere to even set your toothbrush down. Best part of the hotel was the In-N-Out parking under the building."

"I was here for a business meeting, and this property is exceptional. It is across the street from Harvard Business School and extremely comfortable. It is very easy to get in and out with ride-sharers, and it's just a stone's throw away from Harvard Square and the subway as well. The staff was extremely accommodating, which I appreciated. We'll definitely return and stay again on a future trip."

"Pros: great parking on-site, cheapest place to stay available Cons: I'm not a picky traveler, but even the basic expectations were not met. Staff was never present at the desk. Paint was peeling off the walls. Room cleanliness was poor. Mattress was uncomfortable. Shared bathrooms had no soaps/toiletries and could use more cleaning and updating. "

"The rooms were extremely nice! Didn't have the normal annoyances of which light switch turns on what lights, as they were placed all around the room! The reading lights on bed were amazing!!! Very clean, very up to date and world stay there on next trip to Boston!"
