"Stayed for graduation at Binghamton University. Hotel was very comfortable and clean. However, the restaurant was severely understaffed. Unable to get drinks from the bar as the bartender was filling in for waitstaff. Breakfast buffet was chaos. Staff was doing their best, but only so much they can do. I will say all staff were very friendly and did not show frustration with guests."

Con’s: small room, beds could use a refresh from the spring mattresses, smoke detector in bathroom was missing, bathroom was small and humid after showers, there was stains on towels/bedding but nothing seemed to be dirty if that makes sense.
