The room was extremely clean, the shower was heavenly, and the beds were so comfortable!!! The entire staff was helpful and extremely friendly. We were there celebrating a birthday, and they had a gift bag ready for our check in!!! We had dinner and breakfast at their buffet, everyone was so nice, helpful and quick to serve! The food was so tasty and freshly made. We can't wait to go back!!!!
It's kind of weird to get to the hotel. If you are driving east, you go past and have to double back. Not a big deal, but I was not aware so it threw me off a bit. It's a nice place. Check in was easy and the girl working was very friendly. We would stay again if in the area.
The hotel was great. The walk from the hotel to the food and casino was a bit much. You could stand to install a moving walkway. Otherwise it was all fine.
The breakfast buffet was a nice price point with friendly staff. The casino had a variety of slots and table games. Though this is an older casino, the rooms still had a fresh feeling to it
We were on our way to nyc and needed a dpace to stay. We tool a rest sto and were lucky to find this resort. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Bonus was the casino, horse racing. The gym was good and indoor pool was well maintained
Wonderful experience start to finish. Checking in and out was very simple and quick. All staff were friendly and most importantly the room was clean. Definitely will return!
Enjoyed our overnight get-away! Hotel room and bath were exceptionally clean as was the casino and other businesses on premises. Needed medical attention (allergic reaction) and must say the EMT and security team member were very professional. Luckily I didn't need further assistance.
It was the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in in that general area. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. It was convenient to have breakfast o site and the breakfast was
Much better than other name brand hotels. It was also at a good price. The only issue we have is hotels don’t come in to make up your bed every day. We put the sign out requesting it, but it was never done. My husband went to the front desk and told them what happened. The next day the room was done and the housekeeper left us a very nice note apologizing for not doing it. She left us extra water and towels. That was very nice of her. I don’t know why hotels do this. It’s a vacation for us so having someone else do the work is nice. We always leave a nice tip
