The lady at the front desk could have let my friend in the door instead of letting her stand in the foyer in sub-zero weather while I parked the car. The hotel rooms were extremely outdated and the location is directly across from a questionable neighborhood. The first of our 2 rooms had clearly been smoked in. The staff was helpful and pleasant but the rooms were so bad that we left that hotel and went to another one on Horseheads.
