Just a perfect place to stay. Fabulously located in the heart of the old city in Nice. Truly just a few steps to the beach and a few steps to the tram. Spacious, with great light, tastefully furnished, and extremely comfortable. We had a glorious 10 days stay and the apartment truly felt like home. We could not have picked a better place to stay Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

My family including 3 children loved staying here for four days!! Clean, safe, cozy, plenty of room, modern updated feel. We cooked several meals here with the full kitchen and utensils. All of our questions were answered promptly. We would definite stay here again and recommend this property to others. The location is excellent and is just a short walk from breathtaking hillside views of the Mediterranean Sea, multiple restaurants, and the beach. We did not want to leave. Thank you for an amazing unforgettable stay!!

Our place was great, right in center of everything. Yes, it was a bit noisy at night but ear plugs were provided and air conditioning allowed you to close windows. Great space for 3 couples!! And Nice is wonderful!!

This was the perfect apartment for our group of six! We had both enough space for privacy as well as a great area for relaxing and cooking meals together. Arrival and check-in was so easy (to include being fortunate to have met the wonderful Karine). The location was great, communication was excellent, and the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry were well stocked. We have been to Nice many times and this was the best place we’ve stayed!

3 Canadian couples LOVED this location in old town Nice. Close to tram, promenade and many restaurants. A little noisy at night time but understandable as so close to the restaurant/bar scene. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment in the old town Nice. Very central for everything. The only problem was one of the showers was flooding onto the floor of the bathroom. I informed the owner and the manager but didn't hear back from them.

More than glad to recommend this lovely apartment! We (family of four with young adult kids) stayed almost a week in August. The location is fantastic. In old town, its a short walk to the beach. Shopping, restaurants and bars are right downstairs. There is some nightlife noise. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The air conditioning is great. The kitchen is well stocked. The managers are very good. They proactively communicated, providing us with local info. They responded quickly to requests. We look forward to returning to Nice!

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied to prepare meals although the location is SO convenient with cafes, restaurants and bakeries that one doesn’t have to!!! Close to the market and all types of shopping. Just a couple of blocks from the lovely beach. We want to return!

By far this was our favorite place during our trip to France. Spacious 3 bedrooms apartment with modern amenities in the heart of old Nice. Love the little touches such as mobile device chargers so you don’t have to use converter.

The apartment was nice and very spacious. The location in the old town was the best! -close to everything we needed and a short walk to the beach. The Karine was quick to communicate with and she had an information booklet that explained how to work all the appliances, A/C, etc. Very organized.
