Bon emplacement pour découvrir Nice

L’appartement d’Antoine est trĂšs bien situĂ©, central mais au calme, en Ă©tages Ă©levĂ©s avec beaucoup de lumiĂšre.L’arrivĂ©e est facilitĂ© par la disponibilitĂ© d’Antoine qui est venu nous remettre les clĂ©s en personne.L’appartement est agrĂ©able, assez grand et bien pensĂ© avec sa mezzanine.Il s’agit d’un vieil immeuble, et l’appartement est « dans son jus » avec le cĂŽtĂ© positif de de se tir dans un appartement habitĂ© (des livres partout, des tapis et des coussins), mais le cĂŽtĂ© aussi un peu plus bric et broc, avec notamment des finitions Ă  revoir (des fissures dans les murs, les prises Ă©lectriques pas trĂšs rĂ©centes, la cuisine Ă  l’ancienne, la douche qui manque d’un pommeau plus large ou plus haut). Avec une petite rĂ©novation, l’appartement serait parfait !
