I like the location and the entrance to hotel has a lovely little garden The only thing was that the control for the air conditioner didn’t work and it was freezing

The property is very average, definitely not a 4 star, though very clean and the staff is excellent, breakfast is very basic, not many options. If looking for a clean simple stay this is a good option.

Great stay and well located. Easy access to the beach and centre. Breakfast was plenty and great for a good start to the day. Rooms fitting to the age of the building. Really friendly and polite reception staff. Particularly Dave on checkin. Would stay again.

The location is not bad - 10 10-minute walk to most popular areas. The street noise at night is very loud and the windows are old and not soundproof. Our air conditioning did not work and it was so hot we had to open the windows making the noise unbearable - I complained in the morning and had to remind them in the afternoon but the did have maintenance fix it. Breakfast is average and pricy for the quality

Had a really good stay at this clean and comfortable hotel with superb location only 5mins from the beach. Staff were lovely and breakfast delicious. Only minus points were that there were some roadworks or construction going on nearby which made it a little noisy.

4 Etoiles?! Non. 2.5 étoiles Maximum.
Chambre (suite familiale pour 4) non disponible une fois arrivés sur place. Remplacement par 2 chambres minuscules. Lit « king size » = 2 lits simples collés. Salle de bain et mobilier ont vraiment besoin d’être rénovés au gout du jour. Baignoire minuscule (autant juste mettre une douche!), sans rideau de douche ou paroi en verre = éclaboussures partout. Pommeau de douche ne tient pas (il tombe et arrose le mur). Murs très fins (on entend les voisins parler). Pas de machine à café (juste une bouilloire) Vue sur une cour arrière avec des poubelles. Pas de stationnement sur place. Un parking payant de la ville est disponible à 500m. Des box minuscules sont aussi disponibles à 250m pour $25/nuit. 4 étoiles?! Au grand max 2.5!
