The hotel in general is what I would consider a budget hotel. It was small, minimal amenities and in a somewhat questionable area. The hotel does not have parking so if you have a car and a need for nearby parking, this is not for you. If you have minimal luggage and take public transport or use cabs/ride share, this could be a good option. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and about a 12 minute walk to city center.

The hotel is close to the Eiffel Tower and Arc it’s easily accessible by walking, but the hotel itself looks very used and not very well maintained the door hinge would make it automatically close as broken in my room and the room just overall looked dingy and with the smallest room I’ve ever been in and I’m from New York. If you’re deciding between this and another option, pick the other option.

Great hotel close to main train station

Had a great time at the cozy hotel Was a good location for shopping and sight seeing Breakfast was the usual continental Room was quite big and spacious although didn’t have door on the bathroom which was a little weird as was sharing with a mate All together all good

Great staff and nice rooms

Wonderful staff in an elegant hotel with dark, yet nice rooms. The staff was really something extra, making me feel very much at home. A beautiful medium/small lobby area was a nice relaxation after a day in the city. Beautiful room with dark floors and walls, with a smaller bathroom. I would be happy to return!

It’s surprisingly beautiful boutique hotel for a BW. Photos are accurate. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I did had a small mishap with towels. it seems there is a limit if you are one person you can only request one towel. I had to ask 2x for 2 towels. One day they didn’t give me not even one. However, they corrected the issue. The area is not safe at night for solo travelers. It gets dark until 9pm during May so there is plenty of time to enjoy the area. Location is perfect, half of block away from tram and train station. I will definitely be back.

My room was nice, I was on the 3rd floor corner with a balcony view of the street. The tram stop is within 2min walk. The staff are all nice, James he is the reception when we checkout this morning. The breakfast was included and they are excellent. The cleaner lady after our first day did a good job cleaning the room. I highly recommend this hotel and I will book again in this hotel if I decided to go back in the future.

Great 3-day getaway to Nice for a couple

This hotel was a great surprice for us. It was much better than expected. Centrally located, we could walk to everything we wanted in Nice. Friendly staff. Not so big, so it was not crowded in the common areas. Wifi was fast in the room too. Great breakfast, a wide variety of choices. Well stocked bathroom and fridge. Very comfy and nice room.

We stayed for 4 nights in a junior suite. The room was clean and comfortable. Despite negative reviews on a well know search engine, we found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. This included the cheery man at breakfast who spoke to everyone. Speaking of breakfast, the offerings were good and set you up for the day.

Tiny, smelly, but otherwise decent

As expected for the price the room is tiny with almost no room for even the door to open. Speaking of doors, our bathroom did not even have one. There is a closet for your things at least. We had a serious issue with the smell of the whole place, it smelled very strange and stuffy, like old breakfast food. Keeping the window open all night did not even make it go away. If you can handle the thick stench, and are either solo or don’t mind the tightness and lack of bathroom door, then this hotel is otherwise quite clean and nice looking.

The hotel is nice, is close to the train station, the beach is around 20 min walk, so if you are coming my train is perfect, but unfortunately by car we found it a bit of nightmare. Is fine if no parking, but at least they could have book 1 spot in front of the hotel, so you can check in, drop off the luggage before you start going around to find parking. We found parking place at the station, 10 min walk from the hotel. Payed 27 euros for 20 hours. The room was very comfortable and beautiful. The bathroom small, but was not a problem. Breakfast is ok.

The room was extremely small i couldnt move and i was alone, if we were 2 it would be imposible. It wasnt clean inside the wardrobe in upper places dust everywhere. I had a problem with my door it wasnt opening and i had to ask several times to come someone to help me. The first night as i returned the hotel was locked and i waited 10 min out because the person in reception had something to do and locked the frond door. Thin walls you can hear next room talks. Nice breakfast fresh and tasty. Conveniant position just 2 min from the main train station.and nice solution for a short stay in a trip by train, but during night the region it looks a bit unsafe. An average hotel they can be better and less rude....!

We had a very nice room on the main floor. It was spacious and have a nice bed. Fridge. Electric kettle and nice TV in working order. Wifi was very good. Staff was excellent from Reception to breakfast room. No complaints at all. I will stay there if I return to Nice.

Be wary.

My first issue was I had a message from them at midnight whilst I was asleep and I woke up at 3am, heading to the airport the next morning. Asking me to update my credit card otherwise my room wouldn’t be reserved. I wasn’t pleased that they could have told me this days before the actual day of me checking in. I messaged back saying, I have no way of updating it and no evidence on my side to show that it needs updating and I also explained that I wasn’t happy how they messaged at midnight to let me know this. So I explained on this occasion they should keep my room on hold as I’ll be checking in that day. Only to get told by policy they need a pre authorisation. No apologies. When I get to the hotel, worrying I had no room. I was able to check in as normal. No apologies at all for inconvenience. Please be wary.

Great location just a few steps from the train station so very convenient if you plan on taking the train often. Room was good and clean however the bathroom was very very small but it’s fine for my short trip. A street away from all the shopping and multiple restaurant options very close by. We got our room at about 2pm. Two laundromats right next door. Overall good stay!
