Niagara Fallsview Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay was great and We couldn’t hope for a better location. Traveling with pets reduces the places where you can lodge, but this hotel is very convenient and comfortable and extremely clean and quiet which I love. Count that you will be paying for parking lot per night, and the pet fee."

"The Hotel was really well designed and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is very central and (as it was raining) we enjoyed being able to get to dinner at the rainforest Café with our preschooler through the inside pathways. We got a waterfall view room, which we enjoyed. I have two main areas of feedback from our stay. First, the air-conditioning really didn’t seem to be working. On entry, the room was incredibly hot. We adjusted the thermostat and you could feel that the AC was working a little bit, but it really wasn’t cooling the room down. I did contact the front desk and they were very helpful about sending somebody to check it, but the ultimate result was just putting two fans in our room. It was still quite hot while we were sleeping- we much prefer to sleep in colder temperatures. Secondly, the showers cleanliness was subpar. The corners had a built up of dirt. Considering the price for one night, I was disappointed on these two points."
