Very upset with my booking experience. I booked the best suite with 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. And the Day of my arrival they told me that they only have the suite with 2 bedroom 2 beds or downgrade me with the suite of 2 bedroom, 3 beds to a smaller less nice suite and also $50 less expensive, but to compensate they would give us breakfast. I was very upset. Because I was forced to choose one of those options as they would not cancel and refund me even though they couldn’t not give me the original suite I paid for and booked The breakfast was horrible and the downgraded room was not nice and is not a 5 star. I’m still very upset about how they handled the situation. I even asked them if they can at least charge me for the lower room price as we need the 3 beds and had to downgrade and they Would not! They still kept my money.

Central location. Spacious, clean, and convenient apartment. Comfortable beds. Great view of the ocean. We stayed at several hotels on Tran Phu street before, and Costa is much better than those by far.

這趟旅程之所以那麼美好就是因為這家飯店，房間的設備非常的齊全。乾淨且廚具、餐具齊全的廚房讓我們省了不少錢在吃飯的部分。早餐晚餐和愛人一起煮一起吃，感覺特別好。房間還有洗衣機可以使用，去沙灘回來可以洗所以髒的衣物非常方便。我期待下次的旅行住在這家飯店。

Great apartment. Kitchen could use cooking utensils, oven mitts, etc. View was amazing. Beach service excellent although more chairs could accommodate more guests. Highly recommend.

Very clean, modern and sleek. Convenient location by the beach. Can’t expect the same hotel service as North America - no flexibility for late check out, was charged for lost room key etc. North American hotels would typically waive these costs to improve the customer experience. Overall very good but set your expectations.

Nha Trang comfort!
Great accommodation. Loved the couch. The bed was soo soft and comfortable. Great to have a washing machine. Cooked in the kitchen a few times and it was great. Right across the street from the beach. Not a great view but very enjoyable stay.

Amazing!
We had a wonderful stay with Costa! Incredible location just right across the beach with a great restaurant Runam and super friendly staff that helped us book tours for each day. Very clean rooms equipped with all the amenities that we needed!

Great for family
It was great stay in one big apartment. They were very profetioal. Swimming pool was very small and it only get sun in the morning. But they had a beach just across the road with sunbed and bar. Very modern interior with all the plaits and glasses. Only thing I wish it had a coffee machine in the kitchen. Great for family

An ok stay.
As each unit is privately owned, I can only make comments on our unit. The location of The Costa was fine if you being away from larger groups. You will have to walk 1-2 Km's to get to beach clubs and day use areas. Good restaurants and bars are 1/2 to 1 km away. The building and our unit were very clean And the maids were very hospitable. Our unit only had the basic of amendities. Two small cups, two beer glasses, two small wine glasses, no drinking glasses, two forks, two knives etc, two plates, no dish clothes, etc. Additionally there was information provided for area attractions, restaurants, maps, etc.

Good location and great views of the strip/ ocean. Check in was a bit of a mess. We booked two 2 bed suites, one suite was similar to the pictures- modern and updated. The other suite was nothing like the pictures, dated and mismatched furniture. Was a bit disappointed that the pictures showed one thing and what we received was different. overall the property is nice.

Don’r recommend and will not return. Bad experiance with the staff, which is obviously directed by the horrible managment. Asked for $200USD cash only deposit. After argument they did accept credit card. Dirty walls and fixtures in the room. Reception cant speak english, no staff on premises, only one pereon. Would not allow late check out at 2PM even the hotel is half empty. At check out was accused of stealing an umbrella, which was never in the room. Managment does not know what they are doing. This hotel should be removed fom expedia.

Nice apartment on a central location
The apartment is large, clean, comfortable and convenient. Two of the rooms (master bedroom and living room) have large balconies that overlook the ocean (which is across the street), which was stunning. Location is in the center of town. There is daily cleaning service. Internet connection is pretty good. Our family stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our time here.

Clean good apt. chairs for balcony would have been good, had to take dining chairs from inside out on the balcony. Couple of small problems staff fixed straight away. Breakfast options could be better.

We had a typhoon came through Nha Trang yesterday and it uprooted many trees and closed the golf courses for one week. Other wise everything went back to normal the next day.

Amazing Location With Great Views and Facilities
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was perfect with great views. The location is right on the beach and there were a number of restaurants and shops close by. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Nha Trang.

Comfortable stay with great views of the beach
Our family of four stayed recently in the executive suite for 3 nights. Although looking very impressive online we were unsure what to expect when arriving, but were not disappointed. The apartment was extremely comfortable and very large with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and amazing views. The master bedroom had floor to ceiling windows with 180 degree views of the ocean and beach, with the sunrise not to be missed. As we were on a corner we also had two balconies facing the ocean/beach. The staff we very accomodating helping us with any of our requests with professionalism and a smile which added to the pleasant experience. The only slight disappointment was the set menu offered by the offsite restaurant for breakfast as part of our deal. Not a real issue, but after being spoilt with buffet options throughout our trip there were limited options available here, especially for our kids. Overall highly recommended.

this is not a hotel!
we booked this 5 star hotel and residence. but it is not a hotel. it is just a residens. there is no big area at the entrance, no coffee shop or restaurant. nothing. just small hall. and the restaurant for the breakfast is outside of the hotel. no buffet, but you have to choose. a lot of soups and 2 kinds of omelets. nothing else. 4 pieces of fruits and one glass of can juice. and this was for 2 persons only. the worst breakfast ever. we arrived with out daughter and they didn't have an extra bed. the room was nice and big. but the view we had to have from our balcony, wasn't so good. half view was the wall of one other hotel. the pool is small.

Regarding your request for an extra bed, we don’t provide this service in the Hotel as the design and architecture of the Hotel does not allow this. However, my team did provide you with the bedding setup of extra pillow, bed sheet, and duvet cover for your child free of charge. Just to clear a few things, there are a restaurant and two coffee shops/bistros at our building (Costa Seafood restaurant, Runam Café & Bistro, and Café Terrace accordingly). I am regretted to hear that you were somehow upset with our breakfast, maybe our service style of cooked to order breakfast was not what you expected. We do apologize that we did not meet your expectations, as an organization we appreciate and understand that every guest has different requirements and at times we fail to make everyone happy, which occurs across all industries. Elevator from lobby to 16 floor has to get off from lobby to second then take another elevator from two to 16 is very unconvinced. The resident hotel is pretty old. And I'd never come back again sorry .
