The staff took note that we are vegan and ensured a special meal was prepared for us everyday at breakfast. They went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. They also were very helpful in finding things in the area and were receptive to requests we had and addressed them promptly.

Quality hotel in central tourist area
Large hotel in tourist area. It’s clean, has good facilities and very helpful staff. Great choice for breakfast and staff coped well with large number of guests. Outside pool was refreshing and had plenty of chairs and space

Its a nice stay, 3 days is not enough, I would back again. The hotel have a quite good location, only 5 mins walk to beach, and provided sea chair and towl. Hotel upgrade my room, sea view is great. The house keeping need up more, broke or took my personal things. Staff are kind and polite, helpful. Breakfast is ok, but too much groups, a little bit noisy.

Good location and services hotel in Nha Trang
It was amazing that we got automatically upgrade to a better room with a good view of the city. The manager and staff were very friendly and polite. They provided very good information and recommendations for our sight seeing trips in the city. We shall come back next time travelling to Nha Trang.

Beautiful Hotel; 5 minute walk to the beach
A beautiful hotel very close to the beach! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They helped us with several things! Also, the complimentary breakfast was phenomenal! I've never had so many choices for breakfast in my life! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nha Trang!

QUITE PLEASED
Great location and wonderful hotel in the heart Nha Trang. We were upgraded to a corner room on the 16th floor with 2 balconies and beautiful sea view. Room was large with many amenities. The 4th floor pool, gym and their private access to the beach enhanced our stay. Nice huge buffet breakfast and very helpful staff. Wish our stay was longer than 2 nights. Excellent value and will surely return soon.

I had was no hot water everyday, the water was just warm no matter what time of the day or night you used it. Regarding the breakfast buffet, it is obviously being catered for only Asian and Russian.

Construction next to the hotel. Room is clutter.
The power went out 5 times when we were there for 3 days. Room is small and crowded with unnecessary items. The hallway is dark and smells. Compare to Da nang, Ho chi minh, and other 4 star hotels, this one should be 2 star only.

Good value for money, nice view at the restaurant
Staff were friendly, especially Mr Nguyen, the gentleman at the activity desk. He was eager to suggest activities for us, and showed genuine care that we enjoyed our holiday there. We especially liked the restaurant at the top floor, where we could get a nice view of the city and also the sea, while enjoying our meals. Breakfast buffet has a good variety. Ala carte menu offering is also quite good, as well as the buffet dinner. Additionally, the family room offering is really great for families, we can all stay in the same room instead of in separate rooms, although it's a little bit cramped on the side of the king bed. The only missing thing is the attention to details, e.g. not enough shower cream provided for a family room meant for 4 occupants. Also, the cleaner in the restaurant can be a bit more sensitive to patrons, being swept at the feet is actually a big taboo for Chinese people.

Comfortable hotel close to ammenities
We stayed in the family room on level 13 with see views. Hotel is in the centre of Nha Trang and there is lots of noise from surround building constructions. There is a nice beach which is only 5 minutes walk and the hotel provides 6 umbrellas with beach lounges otherwise use a beach towel on the sand. Breakfast is nice with a variety of Asian and Western food but the only negative thing is that the air-condition isn't so cool enough. Swimming pool is refreshing after going to the beach.

The management kindly gave us a free upgrade. My Hahn was friendly, and the ladies at reception were kind and smiley. When there was rain coming, they offered us umbrellas. There are good local food stores around the hotel. Room was clean.

Close to everything, only problem with this place was the resturany staff members. Especially breakfast staff. The Egg man and noodle guys were ultra rude, they did not seem to want to be their to cook our breakfast. No one had a choice how their eggs should be. And the noodle man would give you your noodle bowl without looking, greeting or saying a word. Hotel was okay for what we paid, but I wouldn't stay here again

Terrible hotel.
An employee tried to break into my room at 5am. I had to fight him off. There was a naked drunk man in the lobby. There is a school next door that was very loud at 7am.

Great hotel friendly staff
Had a four day long weekend in Nah Trang. Staying at Green World made the stay perfect. Booked some tours through them and everything went well. The staff were friendly helpful and knowledgeable.

Clean modern hotel in a central location but with a little dated style of decor to it The staff were excellent and helpful and spoke reasonable English The room was well fitted out and breakfast was very good. We had to leave the hotel at 0400 to catch a train. Wakeup call was on time and the checkout was fast and efficient. A breakfast box was suggested and provided. We were concerned about the passports being held but these were promptly returned on checkout. I know there have been some mixed reviews but we were very happy with our stay at the hotel and would stay there again.

Stayed one night. The room was well furnished and the staff were pleasant. Only minor gripe was that hot water ran out after about 10 minutes and water pressure was a bit weak. Not an issue for me as about 10 minutes is all I needed.

Paradise at the Green World Hotel, Nha Trang.
My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. The Green World Hotel, Nha Trang is new and spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions where to shop and eat. My only fault was the slight chill of the 4th floor swimming pool water. The pool water does not come in contact with any direct sunlight. After a few minutes of being in the water, your body will adjust to the chill. We are planning to return for a longer stay next year. Thank you.

Not What We Expected
This hotel caters specifically for Russians. On occasions we were spoken to in Russian not English. We had prepaid our 3 nights accommodation and upon check in we were not asked for a credit card. We assumed that was because our accommodation was prepaid. They took our passports when we checked in and said they were keeping them. As we were leaving reasonably early on our day of departure I wanted to do the checkout the night before. We had not used anything from the mini bar and had paid cash for any services used in the hotel.I had considerable trouble trying to get our passports back. In the end they took a 500,000 vnd imprint from my credit card which I had no problem with and then returned my passports. The last time a hotel kept my passport and would not return it was in Yugoslavia in 1986. The normal procedure is to photocopy the passport take an imprint of your credit card and return the passport. Unfortunately, we didn't experience the friendly hospitality of the Vietnamese people at this hotel. I think it is important that they remember that not all their guests are Russian and should treat each guest accordingly. Hotel was nice but probably wouldn't stay there again.
