"It is clean, and the staff are friendly. You get what you pay for - no frills, but you get a good night's sleep and a good shower. I loved that they had a laundry room, free drinks and breakfast, and a water slide for the kiddies."

"We were met when we arrived by the host. Soon after we were driven to the door of our cabin and we were delighted to find a secluded retreat in the forest. Short walk to the hot tub and showers. Great experience overall. Thank you."

"Our room at The Evangeline was perfect - spacious, comfortable, and clean! Check in was stressful - the code they emailed didn’t work… luckily we found a staff person who let us in. We didn’t take advantage of the pool or hot tub, but lots of folks did! We enjoyed two breakfasts and two dinners at the Hotel’s Longfellow restaurant. Wait staff was excellent - food delicious!"

"Made our summer vacation perfect! My boyfriend doesn’t really care for cabins he prefers tent camping but said he wants to come back here and I agree it was a relaxing place, so quiet and cozy I was sad to go back home. The host was so nice and welcoming. All I can say is thank you so much I’m so excited to come back I loved my time at bunkie land!"
