"Don’t expect much for the price. The rooms are small is not much there as far as amenities however it’s centrally located. It’s close to all the downtown shopping. It’s right on the water, which is nice."

"Our room with a view had a balcony...all you saw from the room was water and sky and the newport bridge...it was really beautiful. Well appointed and updated."

I did not like the fact that the only vending option in the suites building was a simple drink machine. Also the pool heater was out of order for most of our stay. Other than that we had a lovely stay."

Not sure why it was of season so its not like place was busy. Because those 2 things this place only got an good stay not excellent. "
