"We stayed 3 nights. The room was always clean & spotless. Have to say the staff wasn't to friendliness. Their place called "Tickets" is the place where ubcan get food. The place was clean, staff was excellent & the food was very good. The hotel exercise room was alot to be desire. If you want full gym there was a off premise place. Overall the place was good 4 stars."

"I loved this stay. I had a very comfortable room with a fireplace and a huge bathroom in a lovely old house. It included free parking and a good full breakfast. It was very well-situated to walk to some of Newport's sights including the waterfront and all its restaurants and nightlife, and you could take a free bus or trolley to the Mansions, so I could just leave my car at the inn and get around without a care. Rick Farrick in the front office was super friendly and took good care of me, as did all the nice staff. To help other guests understand a quirk: While I booked the Admiral Farragut Inn, this booking is managed by the Inns of Newport, and they may put you in another of their five houses. I was upgraded. My Inn was called Wynstone and was a few blocks down from the main 27 Clarke Street address where breakfast is served. It worked out great."

"I think I’d give this property a 3.5 stars if I could! We stayed during the Newport Jazz Fest so prices were absolutely bonkers for what you actually get. The hotel itself is nice, they had ice bags available on every room as well. The cons: no in room fridge and the gym is very tiny. There’s also no pool or onsite restaurant. Though there’s one right across the warf. Parking is also $45 per night which I steep."

"The staff was very kind and helpful. They gave wonderful tips about the area and helped making the stay more enjoyable. While leaving we forgot something in the room. When they found the item, they shipped it back to us which was very thoughtful. Greatly appreciated!"

"tainment, water, the works! The hotel staff was avaosultely amazing. The welcome goodie bag was a total treat as was the refreshing water and sangria. We also really appreciated the amazing breakfast every morning- right to your door. The fruits, pastries, beverages were beyond your typical continental breakfast. One last peek and a great one was being able to park onsite for free. Everywhere in newport parking is limited and very pricey, so being able to park our car for a few days while we equaled everywhere was priceless. Do not hesitate and book your stay now!"

"The rooms were absolutely impeccable!! Thr location was great. The breakfast on the tooftop patio was creative and delicious. Parking is always a challenge in Newport and the handled it very well with prepaid remote parking. I would recommend the Outlook Inn to anyone."
