THE SPACE
Sandhaven House has eight bedrooms over three floors. There are 7 doubles and 1 single bedroom, 4 have ensuites, 3 have showers with a shared toilet and 1 double bedroom has a separate shower and toilet. There a communal kitchen and games room on the ground floor.

Sandhaven Rooms is in a great spot - within easy walking distance to the plethora of restaurants, pubs and take-away establishments South Shields has to offer as well as local beaches, transport links, shopping centre and leisure facilities.
GETTING AROUND
25 minutes on the Metro will bring you to Newcastle City Centre and 15 minutes to central Sunderland. 10 minutes by car and you are in the Tyne Tunnel which is the gateway to Northumberland and Scotland. Direct access to the A194 (M) South and A19 South is less than 5 miles away.
