2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Boiler broke repeatedly, the house was freezing, we we're wearing our winter coats in the house, the main bedroom wall between the two houses isn't insulated at all and the screaming kids at 11.30pm every night sounded like they were in the room with you, the windows in the bedroom wouldn't close and was insecure, they sent a window guy to repair and we ended up with two windows which wouldn't close and the locks were broken on both. we were eventually moved to a nicer property, but never received the refund we were promised from the management company. Overall a terrible experience at this property. Would not recommend.
