"No cup or glass in the bathroom. Had to go to front desk to get a paper cup. No hair dryer . Had to request one. TV did not work. Had to call house keeping to have someone fix it. Remote was not working either so could not watch anything. Shade got stuck and could not bring it back up. Refrigerator ..."
